Everybody was standing there outside the restaurant feeling cold, so we appreciate the heat that's so readily available. PGE, as complex as it seems to be, is able to come out and correct anything quickly. We noticed that one of the branches of our rose bush near the gas meter had withered and we'd smelled gas there, so we called and we didn't hear anything from them and we thought we'd have to call again, but when we went out to look, they'd been to the house, changed the meter box and never said a word. Just like that on the same day! That's how responsive they are.
